Shipping Information 

We offer tracked shipping only, with all orders delivered exclusively through Aramex. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. 

✈ Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has shipped. 

Lost item? 

Mail is considered lost if any of the following apply: 

Tracked Mail: 

- Tracking has not updated for over 3 months (may vary by location)

- Tracking status shows as lost or un-trackable

By making a purchase from our store, you acknowledge and accept that: 

- We are not liable for packages once they have been shipped and handed over to the courier.

- Delivery delays within New Zealand may occur due to courier schedules or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We kindly ask that you consider this before placing your order.
